Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email immediately.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In order to keep our products priced reasonably and fairly, we have a specific flat shipping rate for the weight of items in your cart.
Shipment Availability
Con Todo ships to physical addresses and P.O. boxes within the U.S. and Canada.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of these hand chosen items that we purchase in small quantities from local artists, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time
Damaged Products
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please send us an email at alwayscontodo@gmail.com as soon as possible with a picture and details of the item. We will quickly send you a replacement item or refund your money.
